Jessica Hajek-Bates is the Family Economic Success Director for Community Action Southwest, a large nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, PA. In this capacity, she oversees direction of fifteen programs designed to assist low-income individuals and families to attain and maintain self-sufficiency.
Jessica has 15 years of experience in community and economic development, and has been with CAS since 2009.
Active in our community, Jessica is the current co-chair of the Greene County Housing Options Partnership and is a member of the Southwest Region Homeless Advisory Board. Also, she is a 2011 Graduate of Leadership Washington County. She is a past board member of the Community Foundation of Fayette County, the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, the Uniontown YMCA, the Uniontown Downtown Business District Authority and the Rotary Club of Uniontown.
Jessica graduated from Waynesburg University with a Master’s Degree in Communications.
