Jeff Fondelier is the Vice President of Operations for Community Action Southwest, a large nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, PA. In this capacity, he maintains oversight of senior management staff, 30+ programs that serve over 18,000 individuals annually, Information Technology and an organizational budget in excess of $13 million.

Jeff’s entire career has been spent in the nonprofit sector, and he has been with CAS since 2004. Prior to that, he worked in mental health case management and residential services.

Active in our community, Jeff is Board President of Leadership Washington County, and sits on the Boards of the Mental Health Association of Washington County and Threshold Housing Development, Inc. He is a former Board Member of the Main Street Farmer’s Market, Southwest Region Homeless Advisory Board, Southwest Region Professional Development Advisory Board, and Past Chair of the Greene County Housing Options Partnership.

Jeff graduated from Robert Morris University with a Master of Science Degree in Nonprofit Management, and from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
